The 2012 challenge: Simplify. Learn. Give.
Spilling Hope 365 is about changing the way we live so we can support a better world for everyone. It is Bethany Community Church’s commitment to spill hope into our world through global partnerships.
Beginning on Easter Sunday, April 8th, 2012, you’re invited to join the 365 day challenge to simplify our lives and develop healthy stewardship habits that move us away from greed, consumerism, and materialism; to learn about the issues of global poverty; and to give generously to support global partners that are responding to poverty by providing access to clean water and empowering churches in East Africa. Are you up to the challenge?
The Overflow Project is a non-profit that hosts a 50-day "simplify, give, change" campaign from Easter through Pentecost. The Overflow Project evolved from the early stages of Spilling Hope at Bethany Community Church. The project's mission is to unite more individuals, churches, and community groups in ending poverty by supporting clean water projects in Africa. Visit The Overflow Project for more information on how to get involved.
